MY STORY

For more than three decades, I have supported and educated families as they prepare to welcome a new baby. My early work as a Prepared Childbirth and Newborn Nurse Educator allowed me to guide expectant parents through labor preparation and newborn care, laying the foundation for what has become my life’s work—supporting families after their baby arrives.

As a Certified Postpartum Doula, Newborn Educator, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant, my focus now centers on helping parents navigate the transition from pregnancy into parenthood with confidence and calm. I am passionate about providing education, hands-on support, and reassurance as families adjust to life with a newborn and begin to establish healthy sleep foundations.

With both professional experience and the perspective of being a mother of four daughters, I understand that every family’s journey is unique. My goal is to meet parents where they are—offering compassionate, practical support during one of life’s most transformative seasons.
